TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Period: 31st August 2026 – 6th September 2026

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. The promotion is open to residents of Kenya aged 18 years and above.

1.2. Employees of Burger King Kenya, its franchisees, agencies, promotional partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible for the promotion, participants must:

1. Follow Burger King on Instagram: @burgerking.ke
2. Follow Burger King on TikTok: @burger.king.kenya
3. Tag 3 burger lovers in the comments in the post

2.1. Participants must complete all the required steps during the Promotion Period.

2.2. Participants must have a genuine, active social media account. Entries from fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.

2.3. Only eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be considered.

3. THE PRIZE

3.1. One winner will win a Burger King burger every week for one year, equivalent to a maximum of 52 burgers.

3.2. The specific burger available as the weekly prize will be determined by Burger King Kenya and is subject to menu and stock availability.

3.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

3.4. Unredeemed weekly prizes cannot be accumulated or exchanged for cash.

4. WINNER SELECTION

4.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have completed the required entry steps.

4.2. Before the winner is confirmed, Burger King Kenya will verify that the selected participant:

• Follows @Burgerking.ke;

• Follows @burger.king.kenya; and

• Has tagged 3 burger lovers on the official competition post.

4.3. If the selected participant does not meet the eligibility or entry requirements, an alternative winner may be selected.

4.4. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the promotion.

5. PRIZE REDEMPTION

5.1. The winner will receive instructions on how to redeem their weekly burger.

5.2. The winner may be required to provide identification or other information reasonably required to verify their identity.

5.3. Weekly prizes must be redeemed at participating Burger King Kenya outlets and in accordance with the redemption instructions provided.

5.4. The prize is subject to Burger King Kenya’s operating hours, menu availability and applicable redemption conditions.

6. DISQUALIFICATION

Burger King Kenya reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Does not complete all required entry steps;

• Provides false or misleading information;

• Uses fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts;

• Attempts to manipulate the competition or winner-selection process;

• Uses automated or fraudulent methods to participate; or

• Otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and processing of information reasonably required to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.

7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Kenyan data protection laws and Burger King Kenya’s applicable privacy policy.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

8.1. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

8.2. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.

9. GENERAL

9.1. Burger King Kenya reserves the right to verify any entry and request reasonable proof of eligibility.

9.2. Burger King Kenya reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

9.3. Burger King Kenya’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner shall be final, subject to applicable law.

9.4. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
